Sunday Mornings

Sunday mornings can’t happen without our volunteers!

There are many ways to get involved on Sunday mornings including ushering, serving communion, welcoming new guests or serving in our Children's Ministry! Learn more about individual volunteer opportunities below.

Forest Room Volunteers - Care for children ages 4 - 6 years. Volunteers teach Bible stories in a fun creative way and reinforce them through crafts, games, and songs. Treehouse Room Volunteer - Volunteer with children in 1st grade - 5th grades.  Teach Bible stories fostering discussion during the lessons via written and interactive activities, and pray. Lessons are pre-planned and materials are prepared ahead of time by the Children's Coordinator.  A shared teaching role is strongly encouraged in this room. Commitment: Once/month

Substitutes - Needed for all Rooms - If volunteers are unable to serve on their assigned week we ask them to switch with another volunteer from another week to cover each other's Sundays. Occasionally there are times when no volunteers are able to serve on a particular Sunday and in those situations, we call on our subs to fill in. The commitment for this role varies and you are able to say yes or no when you are asked to fill in based on your availability.
